Baruk Jonsson Goes Supernova in Mascoutah Win

Starting off the list is Mascoutah's Baruk Jonsson, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Jonsson rushed for 122 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.6 yards per carry, and also threw for 128 yards and a touchdown. Those 122 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

Triad's loss ended a six-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 6-1. Yohannes and Triad will challenge Civic Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
