Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Merritt Academy). They blew past Landmark Academy 18-3 on Wednesday. With that victory, the Mustangs brought their scoring average up to 7.1 runs per game.
Blake Madaus and Joey Bartrum made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Madaus tossed 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.
