Football Recap: Hughson Huskies vs. Sonora Wildcats
Hughson won against Ripon last Monday with 40 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Wednesday. The Hughson Huskies simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Sonora Wildcats 40-13 at home. Considering the Huskies have won seven games by more than 24 points this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Hughson has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. As for Sonora, they dropped their record down to 3-7 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hughson will venture away from home to challenge Escalon at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Escalon will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Hughson surely won't give up without a fight. As for Sonora, they are taking a road trip to take on Ripon at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Sonora is facing Ripon at the right time seeing as Ripon is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
