West Catholic waltzed into their game on Friday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They came out on top against the Zeeland West Dux by a score of 28-16. This was payback for the Falcons, who suffered a 34-20 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Among those leading the charge was Grady Augustyn, who threw for 147 yards and three touchdowns while completing 76.5% of his passes. What's more, he racked up 16 rushing yards, the most he's had since back in September.

West Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Zeeland West, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 6-3.
