Softball Preview: Arrowhead Christian Eagles vs. Ontario Christian Knights
The Arrowhead Christian Eagles will venture away from home to take on the Ontario Christian Knights at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Arrowhead Christian knows how to get runs on the board -- the squad has finished with ten runs or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Ontario Christian likes a good challenge.
Last Thursday, Arrowhead Christian made easy work of Hesperia Christian and carried off a 15-4 win. Considering the Eagles have won ten games by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
Allie Chavez made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in two of her three plate appearances.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Leila Mouri, who fired off two home runs, five RBI, and three runs while going 3-for-4. Those two home runs gave her a new career-high. Jade Dabbs was another key player, scoring three runs while going 4-for-5.
