West Haven had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Hand Tigers as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Blue Devils were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Tigers, so the Blue Devils were just returning the favor.
West Haven never let Hand on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-21, 25-23.
West Haven's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Hand, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.
