Soccer Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss

Roosevelt lost against Pierre T.F. Riggs back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rough Riders fell 3-1 to the Governors. Roosevelt have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Pierre T.F. Riggs, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-1-1.

Roosevelt will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Douglas/Rapid City Christian at 6:00 p.m. on the 29th. As for Pierre T.F. Riggs, they will face off against Yankton at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
