Football Recap: Whitehorse Raiders vs. Dolores Bears

After flying high against Altamont last Friday, Whitehorse came back down to earth. The Whitehorse Raiders were dealt a 48-16 loss at the hands of the Dolores Bears on Friday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Raiders came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' football rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked fifth in Utah, while the Bears are ranked 51st in Colorado).

Michael Rantz was his usual excellent self, rushing for 150 yards and a touchdown on only 15 carries, while also picking up 50 receiving yards and two touchdowns for Dolores.
