Baruch College came tearing into Thursday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 6-1 victory over the Environmental Eagles. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Blue Devils Bearcats also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2024.

The team relied heavily on Hudson Roberts, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That home run marked the first that he has launched this season. Aidan Silberstein was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double.

Baruch College's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-3. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Environmental, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Baruch College will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Eagles: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
