Volleyball Recap: Robinson Comes Up Short

If Robinson was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Fairfax on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Rams fell 3-1 to the Alexandria City Titans on Thursday. The Rams were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Titans earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Robinson dropped their record down to 5-10 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Alexandria City, their victory ended a five-match drought at home and bumped them up to 3-15.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Robinson will challenge rival Lake Braddock at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Alexandria City is set to take on their familiar foe Woodson at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
