Softball Recap: Prattville Christian Academy Picks Up Sixth Straight Win on the Road

It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Prattville Christian Academy ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the T.R. Miller Tigers, sneaking past 2-1. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Tigers on Saturday, they had to take a 7-6 defeat.

Laura Nesmith spent all eight innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on five hits and racked up 12 Ks.

At the plate, Prattville Christian Academy's victory was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Chasiti Lindsey, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.
