Moon Valley took care of business in their home opener on Wednesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Agua Fria Owls. That's more bragging rights for the Rockets, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Moon Valley had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-22, 25-17, 25-20.

Enedina Virgil Macey paced Moon Valley's offense, picking up ten kills. Virgil Macey got some help from Regina Roman Angulo and her 12 assists. Aylin Cortez Adriano controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Moon Valley has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Apollo on the 28th. As for Agua Fria, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against La Joya Community on the 28th.
