Volleyball Recap: A.L. Brown Victorious

A.L. Brown saw some tournament action on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Lake Norman Wildcats. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wonders.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-21.

Chris Macedo paced A.L. Brown's offense, picking up six kills. Macedo got some help from Vinny Nguyen and his 12 assists. Antonio Vazquez controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

A.L. Brown's victory bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Lake Norman, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.

A.L. Brown didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Mooresville on the 12th. Hopefully Lake Norman payed attention to the Wonders' match: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Wonders at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
