Centennial entered their tilt with Seguin on Friday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They never let the Cougars get on the board and left with a 6-0 win. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Centennial's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 37th, while Seguin are ranked 515th).

Centennial's victory bumped their record up to 12-1-3. As for Seguin, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10-3 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Centennial is set to square off against their familiar foe Everman at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Seguin will face off against rival Joshua at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
