Baseball Recap: Troy Comes Up Short

Troy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 6-2 to the Sterling Heights Stevenson Titans.

Troy's loss dropped their record down to 17-11. As for Sterling Heights Stevenson, they moved to 20-11 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Troy will welcome Detroit Country Day at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Sterling Heights Stevenson, they will be playing at home against Edison Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Pioneers will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something the Titans surely won't give up without a fight.
