Volleyball Recap: Teagan Roth's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Mt. Markham over Beaver River

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Mt. Markham can now relate to. They fell just short of the Beaver River Beavers by a score of 3-2 on Saturday. The match marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Several Mustangs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Teagan Roth, who had 20 digs. Those 20 digs gave Roth a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Savannah Wilcox, who had 12 digs.

Having lost for the first time this season, Mt. Markham fell to 18-1.

As of now, neither they nor Beaver River have any future games scheduled.
