Softball Recap: Bayonne Comes Up Short

Bayonne lost against Whippany Park back in May of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bees fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 3-2. The contest marked the Bees' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Bayonne's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Whippany Park, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Looking ahead, Bayonne will square off against Hoboken at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Whippany Park, they will welcome Hanover Park at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
