After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Baboquivari, Valley Union was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind Sentinels, posting a 59-16 victory. The Blue Devils have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 29 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Valley Union to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kylee Gilbreth, who almost dropped a triple-double on 17 points, 12 boards, and nine assists. Those nine assists gave Gilbreth a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Lexi Boss, who went 5 for 10 en route to 17 points.

Gilbreth wasn't the only one working in the assists department: Valley Union was working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Valley Union moved to 6-12 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind, their loss was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-11.
