Minneapolis Southwest suffered their closest loss since December 13, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of the St. Thomas Academy Cadets by a score of 60-57.

Minneapolis Southwest has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-16 record this season. St. Thomas Academy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-10 record this season.
