Soccer Recap: Neuse Christian Academy Comes Up Short

After flying high against Friendship Christian two weeks ago, Neuse Christian Academy came back down to earth. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Albemarle School Colts who were credited with the victory on Friday. The Albemarle School Colts got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to the Neuse Christian Academy Lions' two. Neuse Christian Academy were red-hot offensively heading into the matchup (they scored no less than four goals in the three matches prior), but Albemarle School's defense proved too tough.
