It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Manchester ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They came out on top against the New Britain Golden Hurricanes by a score of 68-58. The Red Hawks' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Manchester's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Will Oden-Tann, who went 9 for 20 en route to 20 points in addition to five assists and four steals. Oden-Tann is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 17 or more in the last 13 games he's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Joe Mugovero, who posted five points along with ten rebounds and six steals.

Oden-Tann wasn't the only one working in the assists department: Manchester was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now racked up at least 20 assists in three consecutive matchups.

Manchester pushed their record up to 11-0 with the victory, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 80.7 points per game. As for New Britain, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5.

Manchester will welcome East Catholic at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in East Catholic's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six contests. New Britain has already played their next game (against Middletown), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
