Volleyball Recap: Walpole Takes a Loss

Walpole was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Needham Rockets, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rockets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-8, 25-12.

Walpole's loss dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Needham, they pushed their record up to 15-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Walpole didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against King Philip Regional on the 23rd. As for Needham, they will take on Oliver Ames at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
