Analy won the last time they faced Santa Rosa and Brantz Jacobs did his part to make sure it happened again. The Tigers claimed a resounding 42-14 win over the Panthers with plenty of help from Jacobs, who rushed for 222 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 9.3 yards per carry. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 105.1 rushing yards per game.

Although Santa Rosa took the loss, they still got scores from Jonathon Stephenson and Andres Nandallapa.

The victory made it two in a row for Analy and bumps their season record up to 6-3. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 0-8 Montgomery and 3-6 Santa Rosa. As for Santa Rosa, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Analy is set to square off against their familiar foe Ukiah at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams might be coming in a bit winded given these two teams combined for 1,036 yards in their previous games. Meanwhile, Santa Rosa will challenge rival Montgomery at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
