Baseball Recap: Marshall's Undefeated Season over After Six Games

Marshall was the 15-5 winner over New Ulm when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers fell 6-1 to the Eagles on Tuesday. The contest marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Marshall fell to 5-1. As for New Ulm, their victory was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1.

Coming up, Marshall will square off against Jordan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for New Ulm, they will be playing at home against Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
