Basketball Recap: Wheatley Wildcats vs. Bridge City Cardinals

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Wheatley couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell 44-32 to the Bridge City Cardinals on Friday. The matchup marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Despite the loss, Wheatley saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Symone Johnson posted eight points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals.
