Basketball Recap: Novinger Wildcats vs. Milan Wildcats
Novinger was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 61-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Milan Wildcats. That's two games in a row now that Novinger has lost by exactly four points.
Leading Milan to victory were Ethan Bennett and Keaton T Weter. Bennett dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds, while T Weter almost dropped a double-double on 23 points and nine rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Bennett a new career-high in assists (six). Memphis Cole was another key player, posting six points along with six rebounds and two steals.
