Basketball Recap: ASTEC Charter Takes a Loss

On Friday, the ASTEC Charter Comets were beaten by the Gracemont Lions 54-18.

ASTEC Charter's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-3. As for Gracemont, their win ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-13.

ASTEC Charter has already played their next contest (against Oklahoma School for the Deaf), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Gracemont wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 62-32 loss against Binger-Oney on the 20th.
