Soccer Game Preview: Cambridge vs. West Holmes

The Cambridge Bobcats will face off against the West Holmes Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Cambridge had been on a three-game streak of scoring at least four goals, but Maysville put an end to it on Saturday. The Bobcats fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 2-1. The loss continues a trend for Cambridge in their meetings with Maysville: they've now lost five in a row.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West Holmes). They never let Shenandoah get on the board and left with an 8-0 win on Saturday. It was an even better day for Garrett Obrst as he scored three goals for his team.

West Holmes' victory bumped their record up to 6-8-1. As for Cambridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8-2.
