Coeur d'Alene put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They skirted past the Lake City Timberwolves 7-5. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-0 on Friday.

The team relied heavily on Leah Nordman, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run and two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2024.

Coeur d'Alene pushed their record up to 13-0 with the win, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Lake City, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-6-1.

Coeur d'Alene will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Timberwolves: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
