Football Game Preview: West Bend-Mallard vs. Kingsley-Pierson

On Friday West Bend-Mallard take on Kingsley-Pierson at 7:00 PM. The teams have set a high bar for this matchup after stand-out offensive performances in their previous contests.

Everything came up roses for West Bend-Mallard against Harris-Lake Park last Friday as the squad secured a 56-18 win. The success made it back-to-back wins for West Bend-Mallard.

As for Kingsley-Pierson, Kingsley-Pierson had a rough outing against Newell-Fonda two weeks ago, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Kingsley-Pierson were fully in charge, breezing past Clay Central-Everly 58-8. Followers of Kingsley-Pierson probably expected little less of the team in a season in which they have collected three blowout victories.

Things could have been worse for West Bend-Mallard, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 24-40 loss to Kingsley-Pierson the last time the two teams met. Since neither squad is a stranger to landslide victories this season, you'd better bet it will be hard-fought showdown.
