With a playoff win on the line, Immanuel rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They won by a set and slipped past the Ripon Christian Knights 3-2. The victory was nothing new for the Eagles as they're now sitting on 11 straight.
It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Immanuel got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-19, 11-25, 25-17, 22-25, 15-11.
Cami Chernekoff paced Immanuel's offense, picking up 20 kills. Chernekoff got some help from Tori Visser and her 46 assists.
Immanuel's win bumped their record up to 26-16. As for Ripon Christian, their loss ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 24-12.
