Volleyball Recap: Skyridge Falls Short Against Ranked Madison

Skyridge is ranked highly in their home state and on Friday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Madison. The Falcons fell just short of the Bobcats by a score of 3-2. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Falcons of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

When it comes to explaining why Skyridge lost, don't look at Estelle Slaney. Despite the final result, she had 28 digs and four assists. Slaney is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last 11 games she's played.
