Baseball Recap: Bullitt Central Comes Up Short

Bullitt Central scored first but ultimately less than Northeast in their contest on Thursday. They fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 7-6.

Jordan Powell made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 2-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Hodge, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI.

Bullitt Central has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-4 record this season. As for Northeast, the win got them back to even at 10-10.

Looking ahead, Bullitt Central will square off against Fairdale at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Northeast, they will take on Palm Harbor University at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
