Soccer Recap: Niskayuna vs. Queensbury
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Colonie Central, Niskayuna was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They never let the Queensbury Spartans onto the board and left with a 6-0 win. The high-scoring effort was just what the Silver Warriors needed considering they were shutout in their previous matchup.
The victory got Niskayuna back to even at 1-1. As for Queensbury, they now have a losing record at 1-2-1.
Niskayuna will square off against Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Queensbury, they are on the road again on Wednesday to play Hudson Falls at 4:30 p.m.
