Softball Recap: Collinsville Comes Up Short

Collinsville fell victim to Non Varsity Opponent and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 14-0 to Non Varsity Opponent. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Collinsville's loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Coming up, Collinsville will square off against Rivercrest at 2:40 p.m. on Saturday. Collinsville has given up an average of 9.9 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week. As for Non Varsity Opponent, they are taking a road trip to take on Mineral County at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
