Even though the Crazy Horse Chiefs scored an imposing 55 points on Saturday, the Lakota Tech Tatanka still came out on top. Lakota Tech took their game against Crazy Horse 68-55.
It was another big night for Gilbert White Jr., who scored 20 points along with four steals and two blocks. He has been hot recently, having posted 20 or more points the last three times he's played. Riley Casey was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 16 points and 13 rebounds.
The victory got Lakota Tech back to even at 7-7. As for Crazy Horse, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-7.
Lakota Tech will look to defend their home court on Monday against Marty Indian at 4:00 p.m. Lakota Tech has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 713 points over their last ten matchups. Crazy Horse will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Pine Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on February 13th. One thing working in Pine Ridge's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last ten matchups.
