Football Recap: Deweyville Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Deweyville fell victim to Hardin and their airtight defense on Friday. They were dealt a 34-0 loss at the hands of the Hornets. The Pirates lost against the Hornets in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 13-7 score last time.

Deweyville now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Hardin, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Deweyville will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on West Sabine at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th. As for Hardin, they will be playing at home against Tarkington at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
