Villa Rica entered their tilt with Kennesaw Mountain on Friday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. Their defense stepped up to hand the Mustangs a 3-0 shutout. Villa Rica might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by three goals or more this season.

They hit Kennesaw Mountain with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Justice Rogers, Hayden Glover, and Hannah New.

Villa Rica pushed their record up to 11-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Kennesaw Mountain, they moved to 7-5 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
