There's no place like home for Bloomington, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They blew past the Rim of the World Fighting Scots 3-0 on Monday. This was a revenge game for the Bruins: when they faced off against the Fighting Scots two weeks ago, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

Bloomington was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-7, 25-16.

Bloomington has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-7 record this season. Rim of the World's loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Bloomington will face off against rival Rialto at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Rim of the World is set to take on their familiar foe Arroyo Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
