It was a good run, but Waltrip unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They lost to the Madison Marlins on the road by a 79-64 margin. The Rams were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Marlins earlier this season, when they won 79-75.

Waltrip's loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-10. As for Madison, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-10.

Waltrip will host Milby at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday. As for Madison, they will square off against Sharpstown at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Madison is facing Sharpstown at the right time seeing as Sharpstown is stuck on a 14-game losing streak.
