Volleyball Recap: Tolleson Takes a Loss

Tolleson lost against West Point last Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Wolverines fell just short of the Dragons by a score of 3-2.

Tolleson actually scored more points across those five sets (99-97), but sadly they still had to settle for second. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 7-25, 25-16, 23-25, 17-15.

Tolleson has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 14 of their last 18 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-18 record this season. As for West Point, they moved to 6-13 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak.

As of now, neither Tolleson nor the Dragons have any future games scheduled.
