It was a proper cat-fight when Morton duked it out with Forest on Monday. The Panthers came out on top against the Bearcats by a score of 3-1. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Bearcats recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Morton's win bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Forest, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Morton will face off against Mendenhall at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Forest, they will head out to face off against Bay Springs at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
