Basketball Recap: Grafton Drops Season-High Score on East Grand Forks

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Grafton). They took down the East Grand Forks Green Wave 84-65 on Tuesday. For the Spoilers, this counts as revenge for the 73-71 win the Green Wave walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2022.

Grafton now has a winning record of 7-6. As for East Grand Forks, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 14-6 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grafton will head out to challenge Four Winds/Minnewaukan at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for East Grand Forks, they will head out on the road to take on Win-E-Mac at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in East Grand Forks' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 16 contests.
