SouthLake Christian Academy had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 70-67 victory over the Westminster Catawba Christian Indians. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Despite the loss, Westminster Catawba Christian still got an impressive performance from Brycen Redmon, who went 9 for 18 on his way to 27 points and four steals. Nikayle Hodge was another key player, going 5 of 7 on his way to 11 points and six assists.

SouthLake Christian Academy's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-9. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.6 points per game. As for Westminster Catawba Christian, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-11.
