Littlefield waltzed into their match  on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victor by  a  15-7 margin over the Canyon Eagles. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by eight  runs or more this season.
 Brianna Aleman and  Alyssa Torres did most of the damage at the plate:  Aleman  went a perfect 3-for-3 with one  home run, three  runs,  and four  RBI, while  Torres  went 2-for-3 with three  runs, three  RBI,  and one  triple. What's more,  Aleman posted three  hits, the most she's  had since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was  Hannah Lopez, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-2.
 Littlefield  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .773. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
Littlefield's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Canyon, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-3-1.
 Coming up, Littlefield will take on Tulia in a tournament  on Thursday. Canyon has  already played their next  game (against Leander), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
