Recap: Greencastle-Antrim Blue Devils vs. South Western Mustangs
On Friday, Greencastle-Antrim lost to South Western on the road by a decisive 21-3 margin.
Austin Rollman was his usual excellent self, rushing for 192 yards and three touchdowns. Rollman is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last four games he's played.
Greencastle-Antrim's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 7-4. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 8.3 points per game. As for South Western, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-3.
Greencastle-Antrim does not have any more games scheduled as of now. South Western will head out on the road to face off against Cedar Cliff at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cedar Cliff presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than South Western in Pennsylvania (Cedar Cliff is ranked 50th, while South Western is ranked 129th).
