            Football Recap: Unity/Seymour Mustangs vs. Camp Point Central Panthers        
        
		
        
        
            Unity/Seymour fell victim to Camp Point Central and their airtight defense  on Friday. They were dealt  a  43-0 defeat at the hands of the Panthers. The Mustangs have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
 Camp Point Central's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Curtis Rigg, who rushed for 113 yards and one  touchdown on only five carries. Rigg's longest rush was for an incredible 84 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of  Marco Rodriguez, who gained 83 total yards and two touchdowns.
Unity/Seymour's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Camp Point Central, the  win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
 Coming up, Unity/Seymour is taking a road trip to  challenge Routt Catholic/Lutheran  at 1:00  p.m.  on Saturday. As for Camp Point Central, they will welcome Brown County  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Panthers will need to watch out since the Hornets have now posted at least 31  points  in their last four matchups.
