Colleyville Heritage had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victors by a 6-1 margin over the Granbury Pirates on Friday. It was an even better day for Ashlyn Bringedahl as she scored three goals for her team.

The victory was the fifth in a row for Colleyville Heritage, bringing their record up to 13-2-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 25 goals over those five contests. As for Granbury, they now have a losing record of 8-9-3.
