New Life Camp had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the six-goal drubbing they dealt Southeastern HomeSchool on Thursday. The Storm were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Cardinals. Considering New Life Camp's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Their offense was hitting Southeastern HomeSchool from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Aaron Burr led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

New Life Camp's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Southeastern HomeSchool, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.
