There's no place like home for Hinckley-Big Rock, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 76-51 margin over the Leland Panthers on Friday. The Royals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 games by 20 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Leland saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Declan Brennan en route to 16 points and six rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Brennan has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Austin Todd, who posted 14 points.

Hinckley-Big Rock has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-8 record this season. Leland dropped their record down to 10-16 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Hinckley-Big Rock wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 67-43 victory against Marquette on the 15th. As for Leland, they have also already played their next game, a 54-52 win against Henry-Senachwine on the 17th.
